My story

Hi! My name is Lily and I’m at the Santa Maria Campus. I’m a 1 year old, female, Catahoula Leopard/Shepherd mix who came to SB Humane in search of a pawsome family to love me. I'm still a young girl, full of puppy energy and curiosity, and I LOVE being around my people. Whether we’re going on an adventure or just hanging out at home, I’m happiest when I’m by your side. I’ve got so much love to give, and I can’t wait to find a family who will help me keep learning and growing into the best pup I know I can be. With a little guidance, some fun training, and lots of belly rubs, I’ll be your most loyal buddy for life. I already know my name, sit, shake, down, touch, and crate. I need an active person or family, with older kids preferably. A person who is willing to continue to teach me new things and socialize me so I can be the best girl around! Interested in meeting me? Animals adopted from Santa Barbara Humane have been spayed/neutered, are current on vaccinations, and are microchipped. Adoptions include a complimentary health exam from a participating veterinarian, a starter bag of Purina food, and discounted dog training class fees. All the supplies you need are available at SBH Retail Centers and sales help support our programs.
