My story

Meet Brandy!Brandy came in as a surrender for not getting along with the other resident dog.Brandy is a sweet and intelligent dog who is looking for a very specific type of home. She experiences anxiety around new people and can express her feelings vocally. She needs a calm, predictable environment and an owner who is committed to positive reinforcement training and gradual socialization. Brandy would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with a fenced yard. She is not suitable for apartment living or homes with frequent visitors. Experience with fearful or reactive dogs is strongly preferred. In her previous home she did live with a cat and was playful with them. Brandy will need a home without other dogs as she can be very selective and will need the full attention & focus of the humans in her home to work on her reactivity.
