My story

Skye is a sweet and loyal girl looking for a forever home where she can feel safe and loved. She has a moderate energy level, making her a great mix of playful and relaxed. While she may be shy and cautious when meeting new dog friends, she does best with calmer, submissive dogs and will need slow introductions to build trust. She has some resource guarding with toys, so monitoring during playtime is important. She is fantastic with kids of all ages! She is very loving but may also be protective of them. She has a strong prey drive and would do best in a home without cats or small pets. Due to her time in the shelter, she may need a housebreaking refresher and ongoing training to help her be the best girl she can be.
