This sweet 1yo, 15lb boy is Fluff! Fluff is a sweet soul who has had a tough past, which has made him fearful of strangers and new environments. Fluff needs a special someone who is confident and can help him build trust at his own pace. His ideal owner would have an understanding of fear reactivity or be open to learning. He would need a home that is quiet and calm, without too much foot traffic, so he can feel safe and secure. Our priority is finding Fluff the right person.
