My story

Meet Penguin – The Tuxedo Teddy Bear! 🐧❤️ Penguin has seen some things, my furiends. 😞 For over two years, he was part of a small clowder of cats struggling to survive on the streets of Woonsocket. While most of his feline friends managed to keep out of trouble, poor Penguin seemed to be more of a lover than a fighter—and he had the battle scars to prove it. 💔 When we rescued him, this nearly 14-pound gentle giant was covered in wounds from what seemed to be a serious scuffle. But despite his rough past, Penguin never lost his sweet nature. Now safe in a loving foster home, he has thrived—quickly warming up to his foster family and soaking up all the love and attention he missed out on for so long. 🏡💕 Penguin is a huge lovebug who enjoys head scratches, cozy naps, and—his absolute favorite—catnip! 🌿😻 Give him a sprinkle, and this big boy will show off his goofy, playful side. With his dapper tuxedo and heart of gold, he’s ready to leave his past behind and start fresh with a family who will cherish him forever.
