Bambi is a young, intelligent, and affectionate German Shepherd eager to find a loving home. While her exact age is unknown, she appears to be under a year old, as her ears have yet to stand fully erect—a trait that often happens as German Shepherds mature. She is a social and loving soul, craving attention and companionship. Bambi gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home where she has space to run, play, and explore. Unfortunately, the small kennel environment in boarding is not ideal for her growth, both physically and mentally. She needs a yard where she can stretch her legs and burn off energy. At around ten months old, German Shepherds are at a prime age for learning and bonding. They are highly intelligent, quick learners, and eager to please, making them easy to train. They are known for their loyal and devoted nature, forming strong connections with their families. Their athleticism and endurance make them ideal for an active household, and their natural protective instincts mean they are both alert and affectionate with their people. Bambi would make a wonderful companion for an active family or individual willing to give her the exercise, training, and love she needs.
