My story

Hello, My name is Pennington! I'm a calm and gentle 3-year-old, male Retriever/Black Labrador Mix, who would love to meet you. I just recently came to Austin Pets Alive! I feel people love me and care for me there. In the first few years of my life, I was quite lonely, so I am a little shy. But I am willing to trust people, once I get to spend a little time with them. I know my name, love treats, am potty-trained, and like strolls to explore my surroundings. I am looking for a caring home and am awaiting your visit. If you bring me home, you will take a faithful companion with you.
