Meet Raya! Looking for a playful, loyal companion who’s equal parts fun and affection? Say hello to Raya, a 1 year old, 43 lb. mixed breed beauty who’s ready to leave her stray days behind and leap into the good life with you!Raya was found wandering without a family to call her own, but you’d never know it from her sunny disposition and larger-than-life loving personality. In her local foster home, she’s excelled with her house training and has working hard on her basic manners, crate training, and leash walking. She’s a quick study who loves to learn--especially when treats and toys are involved!She is full of youthful energy and would do well in an active home or apartment with daily exercise and mental engagement. She’s great with kids 5+, enjoys the company of playful pups, and can even live with dog-savvy cats who are used to energetic canine companions. While a fenced yard would be a bonus for her zoomies and playtime, it’s not a must-have for the right home.Whether she’s learning new tricks, playing with her friends, or snuggling up after a big day, Raya is the kind of pup who brings happiness wherever she goes.Her foster says, `Raya is really just the best girl! She has a lot of potential because she is young, smart and eager to learn. She loves everyone and has never met a stranger. Raya walks on a leash with very little pulling, but sometimes some playing. Raya will thrive in any home as long as she is loved. She is a ready-made adventure buddy, who loves swimming, hiking, and playing ball. This girl is also no stranger to a good nap on a rainy day or some puzzle games in the house. She is very energetic and needs enrichment everyday. Raya is looking for her some best friends to spend the rest of her life hanging out with. She will pay her way into your heart with kisses, toe nibbles, and so many snuggles.
