My story

How this pet arrived:Squeek was transferred in from another animal welfare organization on February 19, 2025.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Squeek - yes, the spelling is intentional! Her tiny, high-pitched meow is utterly endearing, and she's ready to charm her way into your heart. She is as sweet as can be and loves gentle petting, but can be sensitive with handling, so she is looking for a home without the hustle and bustle of young children. She loves attention, playtime and treats and is such a joy to be around! She can often be found creating her own fun - getting zoomies around her enclosure and tossing her toys around. After she wears herself out, she'll curl up on her cat tree to snooze. Squeek is FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), which means her immune system is slightly weakened, making routine vet check-ups and good dental care especially important. FIV+ cats must remain indoor-only to prevent exposure to illnesses and to avoid spreading the virus to outdoor cats. It is also recommended that they be the only cat in the home. Could you be the one to give Squeek the loving home she's been dreaming of? Come speak to an adoption counselor to learn more about her today! At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for adoption!FIV+ Cats: Please click HERE to learn more about cats with FIV. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 8.02 Age: 8yrs 3mths 0wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Squeek, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
