My story

CAESAR | 1 year old | 61 lb | Neutered, vaccinated and very healthy |Toronto Caesar is one one of those very special dogs that you just know is going to give you a lifetime of stories and memories. When you look into his eyes, you can see he has a remarkable soul, and his sweetness, intelligence and sheer goodness just shine through. Caesar came into our care after being surrendered by an owner who didn't have the time to devote to him. He spent a lot of time alone in a crate, which would have been awful for him as he is such a relational and affectionate dog. Happily he seems to have completely moved on from his difficult start in life, and is absolutely thriving with his foster dad. Caesar is incredibly well behaved and a great listener. He has excellent recall, is not at all destructive (no crate needed) doesn't resource guard,, is quiet, and knows "sit" and "wait." He LOVES to play, and his favourite game is fetch. He gets along great with other dogs, and is very intelligent about reading their cues. If another dog growls at him, he just backs off. Caesar is active, but also enjoys relaxing with his person. He's got a loving and devoted temperament, and is very friendly with all people. He can be initially shy, but warms up very quickly. Caesar is confident and loyal. He would love a home where he can continue training and learning new things because he is very smart and loves to learn and impress his people. Caesar is the dictionary definition of "good boy."
