My story

Hello my name is Hope, I'm from Minnesota! From her foster: Are you looking for a tiny, black shadow? If so, meet Hope! Hope is living proof that great things come in small packages. This tiny little girl is bursting at the seams with personality and energy. She has a pair of lungs on her and will absolutely let you know when she has something to say. And she has LOTS to say. Hope has a passion for laser pointers, wet food, open windows with a view, and crinkle balls. Her dislikes include closed doors, any time in her crate (like to go to the vet), and missing out on the action by sleeping too much. Loud noises and new situations can be overwhelming for Hope but her enthusiasm for life helps her quickly overcome any uncertainty. Hope does not have a mean bone in her body and has never hissed, scratched, or bit. She is curious, playful, so silly, and cannot resist pets. If you're near her and not giving her attention, that is unacceptable. Hope's not 100% sold on being a lap cat yet as she is a busy girl who is often on the move but she absolutely adores people and craves lots of human interaction. She's a Velcro cat through and through, enjoying following you from room to room, usually vocalizing. She loves playing and hanging out with our resident cats so she would be best suited for a home with a friendly cat to keep her company, out of trouble, and energy levels managed. From pretty much the first minute in our home, Hope has been having the time of her life and will make an excellent (and zany) addition to any family. From the Vet: Hope is a special cat waiting for her forever home after dealing with a persistent ear infection. Hope has been seen a few times over the past few months at our Vet Center and thankfully her ear infections seem to have cleared up. Her future adopters should know that she may have some chronic eye discharge and a mild head tilt. These conditions are both stable and not a concern that is impacting her Quality of Life at all! She is happy and otherwise healthy!
