My story

Meet Moon – A Shy Star Ready to Shine Moon is a breathtaking 1.5-year-old black beauty with a silky medium-length coat and a tiny white star on his chest—like a little moonbeam on midnight fur. He was heartbreakingly surrendered when his beloved person had a sudden change in living situation, and we promised to help him find a new home where he can feel just as loved and safe. Moon grew up in a quiet, one-person home, so rescue life was overwhelming for him—especially with so many unfamiliar cats. It turns out he’s not a fan of the chaos or the company of other kitties, and that’s okay! He’s now settling into a foster home where he has his own space to decompress, and he's already starting to blossom. After just a few days, this once-timid boy is now gently nudging for pets and rewarding his foster with the sweetest, soul-soothing purrs. He adores being brushed (a good thing, too, since that luxurious coat needs a little upkeep!) and is starting to explore the joy of toys—laser pointers and jingly balls have caught his attention. And if you really want to win him over? Bring on the squeeze treats! Moon would thrive in a calm, patient home—either as your one-and-only or with a very mellow, senior kitty companion. He may be shy, but once he trusts you, you'll have a loyal, gentle soul who just wants someone to call his own again. Give Moon a quiet corner of your heart, and he’ll light it up with love. Cats are negative for FelV/FIV, receive age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, are spayed/neutered and are microchipped (free lifetime registration with adoption).
