My story

Imagine finding five tiny puppies, just two months old, playing together in an open field — no mama in sight, just each other to cling to. That’s how Belle and her siblings came to us in February 2025 — scared, but full of hope.We named them after princesses because they deserved nothing less. One by one, each sister found a loving home… all except Belle. Now, months later, Belle is still waiting. She’s become one of our longest shelter residents, and it breaks our hearts. She’s a beautiful black and white American Staffordshire Terrier with a soft soul, sweet eyes, and so much love left to give.Belle is gentle, loyal, and patiently holding onto the hope that her forever family is still out there. She may be the last of her siblings, but we know her story isn’t over yet.Could you be the one to give Belle her fairytale ending?

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Belle, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
