Maui

My story

Maui is a young pup who arrived to rescue with a fractured pelvis. He has spent time healing and recovering and is cleared for adoption! He will be neutered PRIOR to going home, but we are trying to let his bones get all the growth they need to provide him the healthiest option. Maui is good with other dogs albeit a bit forward and overwhelming. He doesn't realize his size and loves to box with his paws. Maui has grown up around cats and loves to chase them and wants to play. He is not aggressive towards them, but is definitely overwhelming. His foster continues trying to work with him on boundaries and nice play. Maui is kennel trained and believed to be house broken (with a careful eye and schedule - he is still a pup after all!) Maui is good with people and happy go lucky - however he's clumsy and a bit aloof - he has the cautious Shepherd personality and can be suspicious of strangers at first. Maui's adoption donation fee is $350.
