My story

Hi my name is Pearl! I’m a sweet, gentle girl who was rescued as a stray from Mexico. Smittens set me up with a dental cleaning with extractions and it feels so much better without those infected teeth! I’m a confident kitty and my foster mom thinks I`m a gem because I`m easy to handle and pick up. She never had issues putting a silly-looking cone on me after a reaction to medication given during the dental work. I have the softest white fur that you should most definitely pet (I insist, I love pets). Don`t let my age fool you. While I do enjoy a good cat nap on a cushy pillow, I love to play! My favorites are mice and string toys. I hope you don`t mind that I give love bites from time to time. It just means I really like you! I can`t wait to find a home with a soft place to snooze and people to give me pets and attention. I would probably do best as an only cat.
