My story

Oates is a four-month-old, 20-pound puppy, born in mid-December and bottle-fed as a baby. Oates is a friendly, affectionate pup who loves meeting new people. Oates would thrive in a home with another playful dog or with a family that enjoys including their dog in daily activities. He takes treats gently, walks well on a leash, and is picking up basic commands, such as sit, down, here, and leave it. He’s doing well with house training and has even started signaling when he needs to go outside by placing a paw on the door. Oates is crate trained and sleeps quietly through the night. He has a medium energy level—happy to tag along for an outing or relax on the couch at the end of the day. Oates is a well-rounded pup who’s ready for his next adventure. FROM THE FOSTER: Hall (F) and Oates (M) are now twelve weeks old, and are just the cutest and sweetest pups. Oates is now around 12.5 pounds and growing rapidly, while Hall is about 12 pounds and appears to be a bit smaller than her brother. Both are making great progress on potty training, leash walking, and fun puppy socialization. They love to play with each other and their big foster siblings. Oates knows no strangers and loves to meet and play with everyone. He is a highly social boy. Hall is sweet and cuddly and is happy to sit on your lap and watch TV. While they love each other, they are doing well with crate training and engaging in activities separately, so they can confidently go to their new homes. ##2306646##
