My story

Sweet, sweet Lilly! What an amazing senior girl!. Soft spot for seniors-please adopt this precious girl and spoil her rotten. Lilly’s life has definitely not been easy. It appears that she has been bred countless times. She came to us after having survived a house fire that killed one human and critically injured another. Then poor Lilly and her canine family were confiscated and taken to BARC, where they quickly ended up on the euthanasia list. That was just all too wrong! So Scout’s Honor accepted this amazing foursome into our program. Lilly is amazed by kind hands and quickly comes back for more kind pets and sweet talk. The fact that she even allows us to touch her is a testament to her desire to find something more, something BETTER! Is that you? Lilly’s teeth are so bad, probably from chewing on chains or metal enclosure that we cannot properly age her. But she is most definitely over 10 years old. But there is no urgency to her teeth at this time, no infection or pain. She also has a cloudy eye, but does have some vision in that eye and gets around just fine. Interested in fostering or adopting, complete the appropriate application at  www.scoutshonor.org  and we will be in touch asap. This girl so deserves a comfy bed, yummy food and tons, and tons of love. Please help her find it! April 7, 2025, 2:23 am

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Lilly, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
