My story

Cooper was one of several dogs who were abandoned when their owners moved away. We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful boy. He has a great personality ! Cooper is very social and loving and always wants to be by your side. He is also good with other dogs and loves to run and play with them and does not mind cats. Cooper is also housebroken when put on a regular schedule, sleeps through the night and rides great in the car. This guy would make an awesome family member. Cooper is about 4 years old and 34 pounds. Please help Cooper find his forever home. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes. This covers all their age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting. **If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
