You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.UPDATE 05/19/2025 --  Chubb's nickname should be Mister Mellow.  He  always comes out of his cubby to greet you.  He enjoys being petted and scratched on his head and chin.  You will see his eyes close and hear his purring motor when you are doing it right.    He loves to play, chasing toys on a string,laser pointers, or even a shoelace!   Although, after enough play he'll plop down and take a break or he will decide there is something very interesting outside the window and watch intently for a while.  He just seems quite content.     Meet Chubb! This sweet, laid-back guy is the perfect all-around companion. He loves being pet and will happily curl up next to you for some quality snuggles. Chubb is also quite the explorer, often found perched by the window, curiously watching the world go by. Chubb has recently discovered the joys of playtime—he enjoys chasing toys on strings, but he's also mature enough to know when it's time for a well-deserved nap after a fun play session. Chubb is a super lovable and handsome kitty who gets along well with other cats, dogs, and even kids! He’s lived with multiple cats and a large, active dog before, so he’s ready to be part of any family. If you're looking for a friendly and adaptable cat, Chubb might just be the perfect match for you!   Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
