My story

Angelica was transferred in from an open admission facility at maximum capacity. She is a big bulldog girl with loads of energy and an overabundance of love to give. Angelica is so happy to meet new people that she runs and throws all 60 pounds of her body straight into the new person`s arms (or legs or face) to give hugs and kisses. lol While this is heartwarming and preferable to aggression, she needs to learn some boundaries! Angelica is also so friendly with other dogs that she was the go to dog tester at a previous facility. That`s awesome! Sadly, Angelica was heartworm positive on arrival. However, she will be treated here by our exceptional medical team. In the meantime, she is available as a foster to adopt. This is an awesome, adopter friendly program that allows Angelica`s family to take her home and bond with her until her treatment is finished. Want more info? Come on by and visit with us. We are open 11 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday. Angelica is spayed, microchipped and current on core vaccines. She was named after an angel because she really is!
