My story

Meet Fried Pickles! She’s the friendliest, most loyal pup you’ll ever meet. A total people person, she seems to do well with kids and is still learning how to play and get along with other dogs, so she’d do best as the only pet in the home. Her energy level is right in the middle—not too hyper, but always up for some fun. She’ll bark occasionally and can be pretty vocal when playing with other dogs or when feeling territorial, so avoiding dog parks for now would be best. She’s still learning to walk on a leash, but with treats she’ll happily follow along and try not to get distracted too much by squirrels, rabbits and school buses. She doesn’t mind getting bathed, and she absolutely loves being out in the rain and playing in puddles. She loves playing fetch with her ball too. Super food-driven and smart, she already knows  all the basic commands like “sit” and "down"  and loves giving her paw—sometimes without even being asked! If you’re looking for a sweet, goofy, and loving pup to be your best friend, Fried Pickles is your girl! ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States and Korea. ##2300527##
