Meet Falafel – Our Longest Resident Looking for a Fresh StartFalafel is a 3-year-old sweetheart who has been waiting far too long—since May 28, 2024—for a family to call his own. He came to us as part of a court case with several other dogs, but while his buddies have all found homes, Falafel is still waiting patiently. Almost a year has passed, and this gentle soul is more than ready to leave the shelter behind for a life filled with love.Falafel is a playful pup who adores his toys and lights up when it`s time to play fetch. He’s a great leash walker, though he might get a little bouncy with excitement when he knows a walk is on the horizon. He’s sweet and affectionate once he feels safe and comfortable—earning your love is just part of his charm.He enjoys treats and gentle pets, and he’s done well meeting other dogs. Falafel would thrive with a calm, lower-energy dog companion to help him continue blossoming. While he still needs some help with socialization, he’s made great progress and just needs the right environment to keep growing. With a little patience and a lot of love, Falafel will be the most loyal friend you could ask for.Let’s give this long-time resident the happy ending he deserves.
