My story
Meet Sebastian, a young, friendly and playful boy. Don't let his pint size throw you off guard. This guy needs a strong handler because he's full of enthusiasm and energy despite being heartworm positive. His leash skills could use some polishing too. He loves attention and wants to be the only dog in the house. He's sure to brighten up any house with his playful spirit.
