Usually her favorite exercise is curling up next to you on the couch to watch Friends on TV. She greets her foster mom with the cutest quite chirps and flops over for affection. This gorgeous all-black beauty is shy of new people, but once she knows you, when you pet her she’ll roll around and purr happily. Phoebe was bullied by some other cats in her foster homes. She would be happiest in a home without other pets where she can be the star of your show, or with an extremely cat-friendly easygoing cat like her friend Elsie. She recovered from smoke eye irritation, and is now healthy & safely in a foster home in Burbank. Her approximate birthday is 4/8/2019.
