My story

Meet Cupid, a 7-month-old Labrador Retriever/Terrier mix who was surrendered to Big Dog Ranch with his five siblings by an owner who could no longer care for them. Two of his siblings have already found loving homes—and now it’s Cupid’s turn. True to his name, Cupid is here to steal your heart with his affectionate personality and playful energy. He’s a high-energy pup who loves to run, play with toys, splash in water, and snuggle up for cuddles after a day of fun. He’s great with other dogs and gentle with kids, making him a lovable addition to many family settings. Cupid is still young and working on potty training and basic commands, but he’s food motivated and eager to learn. He walks well on a leash and is still growing into his paws, so patience and consistency will help him thrive. He's a great fit for adopters with little to no prior dog experience, as long as they’re ready for the fun and structure a puppy needs.
