My story

Hello friend, I'm Butch. I'm pleased to meet you. I've come all the way from the Alabama Ranch to Florida looking for a home. I needed a lot of care in Alabama cause I was in rough shape, but I'm feeling much better now and getting everything I need. Before I tell you any more about me, let me tell you about someone very important to me. My little miss Talia, who I was rescued with, needs to go home with me. We're a bonded pair. Don't worry though, I have plenty of love for all my pals. I think the reason I'm so large is to have room for my big, sweet heart. Despite my size, I consider myself a professional lapdog. I'm very snuggly, and have been described as a "mush" or a "marshmallow" by those who know me best. I can be a little strong on the leash, but other than that I'm perfectly gentle and soft. I don't even have most of my teeth! I'm always careful not to squish my girl, and the folks in Alabama say I'm good with dogs of all sizes. Just remember, it's important for all dogs to have proper introductions, even the friendliest ones. I'm looking for a nice couch or bed to cuddle on, plenty of treats, playtime, and lots of love. And I promise my Talia won't be too much. She's excitable, but also very little. We would be the perfect match for any sweet, loving family and are super excited to meet you!
