My story

Introducing King! King came to us back in February with a female dog who has since been adopted! His owner actually knows he’s here but never came to take him home. King has a sensitive soul and a little case of separation anxiety and is looking for someone patient and kind to help him feel safe. He would likely thrive in a home with another calm, confident pup to show him the ropes. He’s a bit shy around new people and prefers a quiet, gentle approach, but once he warms up, he’s sweet and affectionate. King enjoys soft treats, does best on a harness for walks, and—heads up—he’s a jumper!If you’re looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little time and a lot of love, King might be your guy.
