DOB: 12/30/2021 Listen up, humans. Angelica isn’t here to impress you. She’s not going to prance around, begging for attention. No, no—she’s got better things to do, like hiding in her favorite closet, where the world makes sense, and no one is asking her to “be social.” She was rescued from outside, and let’s just say… she’s still processing all of this “indoor life” business. It’s not that she doesn’t appreciate the effort—it’s just that trust takes time, and Angelica is on her own timeline. Rushing her? Not happening. But give her patience, a quiet home, and the space to feel safe, and maybe—just maybe—she’ll grace you with her presence. If you respect a cat with boundaries, understand the art of playing the long game, and are willing to let Angelica be Angelica, then congratulations—you just might be worthy.
