TATER

My story

I am a sweet, timid guy who walks like a dream on leash and will be a fabulous fit for the right person! While I have had some positive interactions with playful female puppy pals in the past while here at the shelter, I struggle to engage socially with other dogs when stressed, overwhelmed, or while focused on things outside the play yard and can redirect my frustrations onto my playmates, so I may benefit from an only dog home or a savvy adopter who can help me decompress from the stress of the shelter and make sure my interactions with other dogs are low stress and structured to keep all pups involved safe and happy. I am also a big fan of chew toys and can frequently be found chewing on a nylabone in my kennel. The shelter environment is hard on me, and I would be very grateful to find a soft landing- ask to see me today!
