My story
Meet our sweet, blue, buff, baby Bella: A staff favorite resident here at SAPA!. Why consider this gal for adoption? WHY NOT??? This gal came to us as a nursing mother, completely terrified and shut down from the outside world. We believe she was bred on purpose by a backyard breeder, and unfortunately along her journey.... was abused...beacause of this, she takes time to trust humans she doesn't know...but it only took us a week of feeding and loving to gain bonds with staff members. The first few days, we had to carry this sweet gal everywhere...BUT NOW- Bella runs, plays, wrestles, and cuddles with us! This girl does not deserve to continue sitting in a shelter kennel. The only way for her to continue getting her confidence back, would be in a loving, safe foster/adopter home where she can get the attention she needs. Please ask how you can meet Bella today.
