With his scruffy charm and big personality, Scrappy is the perfect mix of sass, sweetness, and spunk. All adoptions require an application and home visit. All of our dogs live in foster homes and are usually available to be seen at PetSmart in the Tustin Marketplace between 11:30-4:00 most Sundays.
