HOW THIS ANIMAL IS WITH: CATS: Good with a calm cat friend DOGS: Fine with a calm dog KIDS: Older kids should be fine KNOWN LIKES: Cuddles and attention KNOWN DISLIKES: None so far ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Tom is one of those orange cats who give orange cats a good name. He loves to just sit in your lap and snuggle for hours. Tom enjoys a body massage and belly rubs. He had a best feline friend who sadly was rescued too late in Ukraine and couldn't be saved. He doesn’t seem to mind a calm dog that respects his space. He doesn’t want the loud antics of small kids but older kids should be fine. Tom is diabetic and gets daily insulin injections and is on a special diet. Tom tested positive for FIV and has a less effective immune system. Cats with FIV can live a long, happy life with quality food and vet care. There is no special diet or meds associated with FIV. Ask us more about this. Tom was rescued from a conflict area in Eastern Ukraine and we have promised to give him the best care and home we can find! He’s such a great cat!
