My story

We are sad to report that handsome, sweet Hulk is back with City of Raytown Animal Services. He was officially adopted by someone who promised to love him forever and suddenly returned him because he barks. Zero behavior issues, housebroken, likes other dogs, loves kids and attention, but ... he barks. Hulk is deaf and the owner was offered training help from The Pet Connection (Official), but all assistance was refused. A deaf dog isn't a hinderance, and Hulk is very smart and learns fast. He's adapted so well it's hard to know he cannot hear you, although we believe he can hear deeper voices to some extent. He needs a home with people who truly want a dog for the rest of their life. A fence is a plus, or Hulk would need to be leash walked while outside. He really enjoys having another dog in the home he can follow around and play with. Hulk is still a baby at around a year and a half old. He's neutered, fully vaccinated and has a microchip. This boy deserves a good life and someone who really wants a dog to love forever.
