My story
Say hello to Honey! Honey recently made her way into our adoption program and we are still getting to know her. Honey has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), this means he is immunocompromised but there is no treatment needed for FIV, just monitoring. FIV+ cats typically live just as normal of lives as any other cat. FIV can be spread to other cats through bite so although it is low risk, her adopters should be aware of the potential to spread if there are other cats in the home. We are still learning more about Honey, so check back doon for updates or better yet, come in to Anti-Cruelty and meet her yourself! We do same day adoptions!
