Velvet

My story

Velvet is a wonderful dog. She is an absolute love bug and give hugs. She would love a kind, firm and gentle owner who can engage with her and enjoy her puppy playfulness. She is a great dog and she absolutely loves other dogs. She is very puppyish and playful. She likes to wrestle when she plays but she listens when other dogs tell her to calm down. She's sweet and very eager to please. She loves attention and has learned a lot of good dog-behaviors from her foster's older dogs who have become her best buddies. She is housebroken but does love to go outside every 3 hours during the day for a pee-pee if you're home. She is crate-trained and crates easily. She has been non-destructive in her foster home. She would love to be with someone that is home more often than not. She's not going to love being left alone for 8-10 hours a day 5 days a week. She loves to play with balls, and she thinks every tennis ball left on the court should be hers. She is very food motivated and does well on a routine.
