WINTER WILL KEEP YOU WARM!Winter’s name has more to do with the freezing cold house she was found in last winter than any standoffish behavior on her part. She may be a bit shy to begin with but once she is comfortable, she turns into a cuddly lap cat who loves to have long conversations with her human. She loves to lounge on her scratch pad and plays happily with her toy mice, but if you were to ask her what is at the top of her favorite toy list she would meow “CATNIP BANANAS!” Don’t expect the bananas to last long, there are rumors that her first banana expired within minutes.Winter gets along with other cats after a proper introduction, but her main concern is getting as many pets as possible from her human. After being abandoned in a cold, dank house, who can blame her?She has a crinkly ear that is most likely congenital and causes her no issues – just as her gorgeous dilute tortie fur, it just makes her more unique.Apply for Winter and prepare for plenty of good conversation and expert snuggles!If you`d like to take this kitty home, please fill out an adoption application at this link- https://animalalliesrescue.org/cat-application! By the time you meet them, they`ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. They`ve been checked by a veterinarian and are up to date on age-appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus & panleukopenia). Some of our cats have even undergone extensive medical care to ensure they`re ready for a happy, healthy life with you!
