My story
Hi, I`m Roxie and I don`t understand why I don`t have a home or a family after over 100 days in the shelter. I think it`s because I have a Pitbull type face so I look mean but I am actually a sweet girl who wants to make you happy and proud of me. I want to learn rules so I don`t get in trouble but please be patient with me while I learn! New people and new things make me nervous but I adapt quickly if you follow my lead. I love cuddles, playing in water, walks, and treats. I do a great job staying at home while you go to work all day, I am very good at being patient.*I’ve been waiting for my forever home for over 100 days, which makes me a Featured Pet! That means my adoption fee is completely waived—all I need now is the right family to take me home.
