I need a hug, and I know EXACTLY where to go!Meet Murphy... he’s five years old with velvety soft ears and the kindest, wisest eyes.He’s been waiting patiently for someone to see him - not just look at him, but truly see him.Murphy is a beagle with a heart so big, it can barely be contained in his little body. He doesn’t want much - just a lap to curl into, a soft voice to talk to him, and someone who doesn’t mind being gazed at like they hung the moon. When you're with Murphy, nothing else exists. You’re his whole world.He loves people with his whole fuzzy being - kids, adults, seniors - it doesn’t matter. If you have a heartbeat and a lap, he’s already in love with you. He’s gentle, clean, quiet, and full of the kind of love that doesn't ask for anything but to be near you. And maybe a soft squeaky toy to toss in the air and roll around with.He’ll nuzzle into your side, give you soft little hugs, and rest his head against your chest like he’s finally found home.Murphy's heartworm-positive, but don’t let that scare you - his treatment is completely covered by Animal Aid, even after adoption. He just needs someone to love him through it.He’s not a fan of other dogs, but Murphy's ALL you'll need! This faithful, sweet, ridiculously affectionate guy will follow you from room to room and wait for you like you’re the best part of every day. Because to him, you will be.Murphy is ready.
