My story

Hey there, I’m Phinney. I’m a guy that just wants to be loved. My foster mom says I’m like a big goofy kid! I was rescued from The Wichita Animal Shelter just in time, before I developed kennel cough. I’m a low rider, with short stocky legs and blonde fur. Those short legs are useful as I run around and play outside. I love other dogs but not sure about cats as I’ve never met one. I’m working on my potty training so I will make a great house guest. But make sure you pick things up off the floor, since I’m a puppy and enjoy a good chew! I’m very smart and already know how to get in my kennel. Adopting me means a lifetime of affection and doggy kisses. I did have to have hip surgery because I was born with something called dysplasia. WAAL fixed my one hip but it may be a possibility that I would need the other hip done in several years. I would do best in a home with minimal stairs.
