My story

Shadow is a young 50-pound sweetheart with a heart full of love and a gentle spirit.   He's house-trained, crate-trained, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and heartworm negative—ready to become a cherished member of your family. &#226&#128&#139 Shadow thrives in a calm environment with a fenced yard, as he experiences some leash anxiety.  He's moderately active and would benefit from a confident canine companion to guide him.  With patience and plenty of quality time, Shadow will blossom into a loyal and affectionate friend. &#226&#128&#139 He gets along well with people, cats, and dogs, making him a versatile addition to many households.   If you're ready to open your heart and home to this loving boy, Shadow is eager to meet you. &#226&#128&#139 &#226&#128&#139Age: 1-2 years   Weight: 50 lbs   Vetting: Neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and heartworm negative Training: House trained, crate trained Temperament: Good with people, cats and dogs.   Location: Colquitt, GA (3 hours away) but rescuer willing to conduct meetups in Atlanta   Contact for questions: janastoker@yahoo.com Adoption fee $125 To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.
