Meet Amos: A Purrfectly Unique Female Cat with a Name That Breaks the Mold! Hold the phone—yes, you read that right! While "Amos" is typically a name for a male, this lovely lady is definitely a female— she’s a sweet, affectionate and 3 years-old. About Amos: *Coat: Unique tabby markings that make her stand out in any crowd. She's got a striking pattern that adds to her charm, making her as special as her name. *Personality: Sweet, gentle and affectionate—Amos was once part of a trap, neuter and release program, but her sweet nature was too much to let her return to the streets. She’s now in search of a home that offers the stability and security she deserves. *Special Note: Amos has a tipped ear, a sign of her TNR past, but this only adds to her story and her resilience. Why Adopt Amos? *She's the female Amos, breaking the mold and defying expectations—just like she’ll do in your heart! *After her time on the streets, Amos is seeking the warmth and security of a forever home where she can finally feel safe. *She's a cat with a past, but more importantly, she’s a cat with a bright future. You could be the one to give her that future! *Adopt Amos—because sometimes, the best things come with a little twist (and a tipped ear)! Amos is ready to trade in her street days for cozy naps, head scratches and all the love a cat could ask for. Could you be the one to offer her that security? The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times.
