My story

Oreo Cookie is a charming black and white long-haired cat with a heart full of love and a playful, goofy personality! He is the ultimate lap cat, always seeking cuddles and affection. This social butterfly loves being around people and isn’t shy about rolling over on the floor to get your attention (and some well-deserved pets!). Phoenix is also a big fan of being brushed, making him an easy-to-care-for fluffy companion. While he enjoys playing, especially with feather wand toys, his favorite pastime is simply soaking up love from his humans. Although Oreo Cookie is confident and friendly, he can be a bit nervous in new places or around loud noises like vacuums. However, he quickly bounces back once things settle down. He does well with other cats but hasn’t been around dogs. When he first arrived at his foster home, he was a little timid, but within just a few days, his sweet and affectionate nature shined through. Our cats and kittens go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on core vaccines, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
