My story
Sammy is a 5 year old male Golden Retriever mix who weighs 60 lbs. Sammy was surrendered back to us due no fault of his own. His family was moving and unfortunately couldn’t take him with them. Sammy is a sweet and loving pup who is needs to be the only dog in the home. He would do best in a home with older children who can respect his space and boundaries. Sammy is hesitant around new people and needs time to adjust if someone he doesn’t know is around him. Most of the time, Sammy simply just likes to walk around with his favorite toy in his mouth! He’ll be the perfect companion for a person who can continue to work with him. Sammy is neutered, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped.
