He become best friends with everyone he's met, and all he wants to do is make you happy. Those who meet him say he instantly puts his head in your lap and gives super puppy dog eyes. Kazoo is in need of a foster home where he can get a break from the stressful shelter environment and soak in some warm cuddles, his favorite thing to do. He has been working hard on his house manners and is still struggling with urinating inside. We believe this may be due to a medical condition because he knows to go number two outside and will often look sad when he has to go inside. Other than this issue, which our wellness team is in the processing of addressing, he's the greatest companion and deserves the world!
