They eventually landed in the shelter and were later brought to Oregon for a second chance.Frappe is sweet and sensitive, but he’s still figuring things out. The world can be a little overwhelming for him, and he’s looking for a calm, confident home where he can take his time and grow into the loving companion we know he wants to be. What Frappe needs isn’t something just anyone can give—he needs patience, understanding, and someone willing to help him build his confidence at his own pace.He’s done well meeting other dogs and thrives around gentle canine companions who can show him the ropes.
