Tetra is bouncy and energetic, so she would appreciate an active family that will give her an outlet and keep her busy. She appears to be potty trained and comes preloaded with other basic skills like "sit". Tetra comes on strong with other dogs, so she would do best with a more neutral, tolerant personality when it comes to doggy friends.
