My story

38-42-44 hike! 🏈I'm Bandit ! And I'd really love to be sitting on your sofa watching football with you! I guess I support the Ravens since I'm a local fella, but those Bengals markings look just like me.I'm rather timid. I've had a ruff go of it so far in my short life. I once lived in a home before and had my own family. I didn't have much food. So I hit the road looking for a better love. Sometimes you have to find your own way when hoomans don't treat you right. I know I can find love. I know I'm lovable the people here told me so! I'm doing much better now here at the HSWC food court. The people are nice, but I'm slow to open up. I'm not used to such TLC. I like to sit and watch all the people, dogs and cats. Toys are a big deal for me, I love and treasure them. I don't really want any other animals near my stuff. I hope this Santa paws guy brings me lots of toys in my stocking! My friends have this to say about me:"Bandit is no bandit at all. He is very sweet and gentle.""He has a beautiful face and lovely brindle coat. We know he is going to go through a lot of changes as he heals, becomes stronger and gets more socialization.""He is in the right place and learning that people are good, and have love to give.""He needs to learn what love is and how to be treated well. He has not had that experience."❤️Foster update:"Bandit is very sweet and so loving and opened right up to my husband. He is neat in his crate. He was timid and unsure in the car ride and initially timid at Concord Pet. He started to relax with more practice meeting people. He pulls a bit on walks. Loves his sofa and cuddle time. Did well in the bath."Bandit has a journey ahead of him as he has been through a lot in his young life, but he is growing stronger physically and emotionally every day. Come and visit this special boy and be a part of his journey.⚠️ Food, and treats will always be a high value item for him since he was so neglected. He should always be fed in a separate area from other animals so he can enjoy his meal and treats in peace. ⚠️ Beware... this bandit will steal your heart!!🐾Boundaries and training will help give Bandit more confidence and help him be his best self. 🟢🐈‍⬛Seems ok with cats.🟢🟡⚠️🐶Seems Interested in other dogs at a distance. But previous encounters questionable. Meet and greets required and separation for the first few weeks recommended until all dogs in the home have the opportunity to slowly get to know each other. 🟢🟡🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒ok with people. Slow intros are best.✅Crate trained and continued crate use is encouraged to help him have a safe space all his own. ⚠️Guarder of toys. Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Brindle Weight: 58.6 Age: 3yrs 11mths 2wks
