Candace is a one-year old Torti rescued from Lake Balboa where she was probably dumped by her owner. Candace is shy, but sweet. Once she knows you, she is a big love bug. Come and meet Candace at our Cage-free rescue center in Westlake Village January 19, 2025, 4:21 pm
