FINA

My story

Fina is a rescue from Los Angeles, saved during the devastating fires that impacted the area. She was brought to safety to make room for fire victims. Fina can be shy and skittish, but has shown significant progress and is becoming more calm and confident. Initially fearful of leaving her space and going on walks, Fina has gradually become more relaxed and now enjoys walks with volunteers and staff members she trusts. She does like other dogs as well and has shown to be come confident with another 4 legged friend! We are seeking a calm, adult-only home (to ensure her safety, as she can be a flight risk) with a well-secured, fenced yard where she can continue to decompress, build trust in humans, and develop a sense of security and routine. While she can be anxious, Fina is also incredibly loving and would thrive in a stable environment where she can continue her journey toward confidence and well-being.
