Norbert

My story

    Hi! My name is Norbert, but my foster mom calls me Bert. I am a Boxer/Shepherd mix (we think), and I'm about 6 months old, and (right now) I weigh about 50 pounds but have some growing to do. I am also great with kids, dogs, and cats! My only "less than perfect" trait is - I bark for a while until I settle down in my crate. I don't like being alone. So, I would be great with someone who is home a lot but not an apartment or shared wall townhome for me.  My foster family says I am a GREAT puppy. They take me to baseball and softball games, and I am the best boy—so well-behaved! I am also playful, very smart, and learning all sorts of commands, like sit, down, and come. I enjoy my toys and love being outside, but my favorite thing is to cuddle up in your lap. Do you need a buddy to take you to the park, to help you find sticks, cuddle on the couch, or lay or play at your feet while you work? If so, I am your guy and can’t wait to meet you!
